Should the item be faulty due to a manufacturer's defect, we will be happy to assist you with a product replacement. Warranties do not cover usual wear and tear.
Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders will take approximately 1-7 business days to be delivered depending on your location.
Out of stock items will be automatically added as a back order. The rest of your order will ship as normal. Once we receive stock you will be contacted to ensure you still want the item(s).
Timelines for pre-orders vary. Please refer to the pre-order announcement email for information on arrival time. Once stock arrives into our warehouse we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping times apply in addition to this.
